The team behind This Athlete has been running University Showcase tours throughout the US for over 15 years. Having supported thousands of footballers in securing U.S. scholarships, we’ve now expanded our mission to help international students combine football and education in the UK.

The traditional approach no longer works. Agencies take on hundreds of players, without getting to know the individual, their goals, or capabilities. Coaches are increasingly overwhelmed with the high volumes of video content they’re sent each day, which often does not capture the players capabilities or potential.

Therefore, many coaches now prefer to watch players live, to ensure they’re making the right choice. This Athlete opens doors to sports scholarship opportunities in the US and provides access to leading Universities and football institutions in the UK.
